It has been a fun last couple weeks. We made a quick surprise trip up to Boise to show off the little one. My Grandfather has been anxiously waiting to see Max. It was a priceless moment for him to get to hold him. He is actually blind so he wasn't able to "see" him but was able to make out a little of his face. He kept saying that he knows my Grandmother has seen him and is watching over him as well. It is comforting to know that he does have angels watching over him! While we were in Boise we saw some friends and lots of family.
Other than our trip to Boise, we have been spending lots of time with Max. We are somewhat starting to get the hang of "parenthood" but still figuring things out each day. It has helped to have some "Baby Books" around to reference!
Max is nearly 7 weeks old which means I have only about 1 more month at home with him before I go back to work. I know I need to cherish the time I have with him before I have to go back, but I can't help dreading that day! I sometimes wish I could stay home but also love my job.. I wonder if I could just take Max with me each day!
I am so excited for this Fall season! It is my most FAVORITE time of year! So look for lots of Halloween and Fall pictures to come!

Very cool about your grandmother watching over him. That's gotta be reassuring. He is a little angel himself! Such a good looking kid. And HOORAY or fall!
Hey ! I think I saw you guys in sandy last week. I was walking into Ulta and I think you were leaving?!? I'm not actually sure it was you though bc I haven't seen you in a really long time.
